SHADES OF JUPITER TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Shades of Jupiter! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Shades of Jupiter. We run this website and online store, along with everything that comes with it — the products, content, features, tools and services (together, the Services).

By visiting, browsing, or buying something from us, you agree to play by the rules in these Terms of Service (the Terms) and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. Please read them carefully — they outline your rights and responsibilities, plus the not-so-fun but important bits like warranties, liability and returns.

If you don’t agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, that’s totally fine — but you won’t be able to use our Services.

  • You need to be at least the age of majority where you live to use our Services, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • To shop with us, you may need to provide details like your email, shipping address, and payment info. You promise that all details you give us are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Keep your login details safe. If someone else sneaks in using your account, that’s on you.

  • We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. But depending on your device or screen, colours and details may look a little different in real life.

  • We don’t guarantee that every product will meet your personal expectations — though we really hope they do!

  • We can change product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without notice.

3. Orders

  • When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll let you know once we’ve accepted and processed it.

  • Sometimes, we may need to cancel or adjust an order (for example, if stock runs out). If that happens, we’ll get in touch via the details you gave us.

  • All purchases are for personal use only (no sneaky reselling, please).

  • Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Refund Policy [LINK] and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

4. Prices & Billing

  • Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless we say otherwise.

  • Shipping, handling, customs or import charges may be extra.

  • Promotions may have their own special terms.

  • You agree to provide accurate payment info and authorise us to charge your nominated payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We’ll pack and send your order with care, but delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, customs or things outside our control aren’t our responsibility.

  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk passes to you (but don’t worry — we’ll still help if there’s an issue).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our site — including our brand, logos, images, text and designs — belongs to Shades of Jupiter (or our licensors) and is protected by Australian copyright and trademark laws.

  • You can browse and shop for personal use, but no copying, redistributing, or commercial use without our written okay.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

  • Sometimes we use third-party tools or link to third-party websites. These come “as is” — we don’t control them, and we’re not responsible for anything that happens if you use them.

8. Privacy

  • Because we’re powered by Shopify, some of your data may also be handled under their Privacy Policy.

9. Feedback

  • Try to hack, spam or mess with our site

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of Queensland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know. The latest version will always be available on our website.
