The best thing to do is measure, as our 2 sizes are quite different!

Here are the measurements:

• Large Door Mat: L 120 cm, W 66 cm, H 1.5 cm
• Medium Door Mat: L 82cm, W 50 cm, H 1.5 cm

What if you can't measure? Never fear, a good rule of thumb is the Medium Door Mat is perfect for standard, 'normal' sized doors. And our Large Door Mat is designed for oversized or double doors.

If you navigate to any Door Mat product listing, you will see a photo with both mats stacked on top of each other - this is a super helpful visual too.

We can’t usually make changes to orders once they're placed, so please checkout carefully and check your confirmation email. If something looks off, reach out, we’ll always do our best to help.

Orders will take up to 3 business days to dispatch.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a handy tracking link. You'll be able to track every colourful kilometre once it hits the road (because watching packages travel is a strangely satisfying sport, don't you think?).

Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days, once the order has left us.

We select the best option from a range of couriers for each order.

We will typically choose between: Couriers Please, Aramex or Australia Post.

We don’t ship worldwide just yet, but email us at hello@shadesofjupiter.com and we’ll see what we can do. We hope to have international shipping up and running soon!

We get it. Sometimes love at first sight doesn’t happen. If your item isn’t what you hoped for, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

A few quick ground rules
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, with any tags still attached (no muddy boots, please)
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase
- Return shipping is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty, then we’ve got you covered)

Something arrived a little… off?
If your order turns up and something’s not quite right, let us know as soon as possible. We’re all about making things right, let us investigate!

A few things we can’t take back
Used items (even if they’ve had a fabulous time)
Gift cards (they’re already kind of magic and non-refundable by nature)

How to start a return
- Send us an email at hello@shadesofjupiter.com and we’ll reply with the return address, plus next steps.

- Once your return arrives safely back with us, we’ll inspect it and let you know if it’s been approved. If it is, your refund will go straight back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Heads up: banks and card companies can be a little slow to process things, so give them a moment.
